Fairview Investments Limited is an established real estate developer/contractor. We are seeking a Civil Construction Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a long term permanent position with a successful company.

Construction Foreman

Qualifications:

- Experience in water and sewer, excavation ideally as a Foreman or supervisor
- Surveying experience, GPS knowledge an asset
- CET Certification an asset, but not essential
- Safety certifications or willingness to obtain
- Must always keep safety a top priority
- Valid Driver’s License

Duties:

- Must be able to effectively coordinate construction activities for a project and ensure safety, environmental and efficiency objectives are met at all times.
- Interpreting and implementing work layout from construction drawings
- Supervise, lead, and mentor the water and sewer crew on a daily basis on construction sites in St.



John's and surrounding areas during the construction season.
- Other duties as required
