Job Title: Level 1 Insurance Broker

Job type: Full time in office (Cochrane, Alberta)

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Level 1 Insurance Broker to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service as the successful applicant will support clients directly with policy requests, updates, renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer respective coverage options best suited to the client.

- Assist clients with understanding insurance premiums, coverage, and claims processes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Collaborate with Riverside Insurance’s team of experienced brokers.

- Use of applied Epic and online broker portal’s for managing client information and policies.

- Collaborate with insurance company underwriters to discuss guidelines and policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

- General Level 1 License required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)





- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Ability to work independently and as a team.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
