Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication processes, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various welding techniques. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process.

Duties

- Perform FCAW and SMAW, ensuring adherence to safety standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters for fabrication tasks.
- Conduct rigging operations safely when moving heavy materials or components using cranes or forklifts.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise fabrication work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to timelines.

Experience

- Proven experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding, rigging, and operating heavy machinery is essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.
