Job description:

Thompson Construction Group has openings for Water & Sewer Lead Hands in their Edmonton area of operations.

Responsibilities:

- Promote protected and inclusive work environment on crew
- Assist in mentorship and training of crew members
- Assist Foreman in general supervision of crew members
- Work with Foreman to allocate tasks on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications:

- 3 years minimum experience in the Water and Sewer Industry
- Clean Class 5 Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 18 years of age
