Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and other menu items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. Duties

- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing
- Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed

Skills





- Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably in a restaurant or fast-food setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient cashiering and order management
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food industry best practices, including serving techniques and food handling procedures
- Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
