Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and quality control for a smooth service flow

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction accuracy
- Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or kitchen assistance is advantageous
