What You'll Do

Every day you'll help homeowners stay comfortable by diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Diagnosing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, fireplaces, boilers,



tankless water heaters and residential HVAC equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections.
- Troubleshooting gas, refrigeration, electrical, airflow and control system issues.
- Clearly explaining repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
- Completing digital service documentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and professional service vehicle.
- Delivering five-star customer service on every visit.
- Continuing to develop your technical skills through ongoing education and training.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Hold a valid G2 Gas Technician Licence (G3 technicians are also encouraged to apply).
- Enjoy diagnosing and solving technical problems.
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Are dependable, professional and customer-focused.
- Want to continually improve your skills.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Additional certifications such as Refrigeration (313D/313A), Sheet Metal or Electrical experience are considered assets, but are not required.
