Are you an experienced Line Cook who thrives in a rapid-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering great food? The Beacon Pub & Eatery is looking for a skilled and reliable team member to join our culinary team in the heart of Whistler Village.
At the Beacon, we serve up a lively atmosphere, great food, and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for someone who can bring energy, teamwork, and a passion for cooking to every shift.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Support fellow kitchen team members during busy service periods
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control standards are met
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
What We're Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience in a busy restaurant, pub, or hotel environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
