Bannister Nissan of Chilliwack (a division of the Bannister Automotive Group) is looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant / Vehicle Merchandising Specialist to join our award-winning team!
If you have a passion for vehicles, photography, social media, and creating eye-catching displays, this is not your typical lot attendant role. You'll play a key part in how our inventory is presented online and, on the lot, helping create an exceptional first impression for our customers.

What your day looks like:
This role is heavily focused on showcasing our inventory in the best possible light. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Photographing new and pre-owned vehicles for online listings
- Writing compelling, accurate vehicle descriptions that highlight key features and benefits
- Merchandising the dealership lot to ensure vehicles are displayed professionally and attractively
- Creating and supporting engaging social media content featuring dealership inventory and events
- Maintaining the quality and consistency of our online vehicle listings
Additional responsibilities include:
- Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle displays and support sales activities
- Deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required
- Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum, and polish)
and maintain all vehicles
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
- Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance
- Maintain showroom vehicles and dealership presentation
- Complete lot maintenance, lot cleans, and general merchandising duties
- Assist with Customer Follow-Up Deliveries (CFDs) and other dealership support tasks
- Monitor tire pressure and fuel levels; add air and fuel as needed
- Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance needs and notify management
- Set up and remove displays and associated materials for special events
What you need to be successful:
- A passion for photography, vehicle presentation, and creating engaging visual content
- An eye for detail and pride in presenting vehicles at their absolute best
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of what makes great online content
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong work ethic with excellent punctuality and reliability
- In good physical condition and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must have an N or Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating standard/manual transmission vehicles is considered an asset

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
