Flash Bids Liquidation is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the daily operations of our auction warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves supervising staff, assisting customers during auction pickups, and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently and safely.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to maintain high operational standards, improve customer experience, and ensure all warehouse procedures are followed.
Duties
- Assist in managing the day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient auction pickup process.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service during pickups.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure company policies, auction procedures, and safety standards are followed.
- Verify customer invoices and ensure customers receive the correct items.
- Help organize, stage, and prepare inventory for upcoming auctions.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Train and support new employees.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and operational issues.
- Monitor productivity and recommend process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of warehouse, retail, or operations leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or warehouse software is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
