Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Sales Executive to generate new business, meet homeowners, conduct consultations, and close renovation projects across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

- Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and company-generated leads (when available).
- Meet homeowners for consultations and understand their renovation needs.
- Present My Legal Basement's services and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare estimates and project proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team after project approval to ensure a smooth handoff.

Requirements

- Previous experience in construction, renovation, home improvement, or related sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable travelling throughout the GTA.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
