Job title: Cleaner

Summary: The Cleaner is responsible for performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming workplace across all assigned areas. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in residential buildings and common spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.

· Maintain cleanliness of apartment units as required, including kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances.

· Handle garbage and recycling according to company policies and safety standards.

· Clean Airbnb units during the week and on weekends, following the staff rotation schedule for weekend coverage.

· Monitor cleaning supply levels and send a monthly list of needed items to the supervisor.

· Assist in basic building maintenance when requested,



including small household appliances, air-exchange units, and air-conditioning systems.

· Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management promptly.

Skills:

· Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.

· Good time-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma required.

· Viability to work on weekends required.

· Ability to follow instructions and safety and company guidelines.
