We are currently seeking a passionate and customer focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. As a Guest Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills and genuine desire to help others will be key to succeeding in this role. Your ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with our clients will be essential in fostering loyalty.

The ideal candidate must be open to working a flexible schedules that will include opening, afternoons, evenings and weekends to meet clinic's operation needs

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Provide exceptional customer service be welcoming and assisting clients with service offering inquires, appointment scheduling.
- Administrative tasks such as billing, insurance processing and scheduling appointments and answering calls.




- Maintain accurate client records in our online scheduling system, ensuring attention to detail
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures. Cleanliness of all guest facing and staff areas.
- Assisting with laundry

Required Skills:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, With the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and complete them in a timely manner
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment.

WE ARE OPEN FROM 8am - 9pm Mon - Fri, and 8am - 6pm on weekends
