Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Medical aesthetician with 2+ years of clinical experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic about skin health, highly professional, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

- Perform services such as dermaplaning, microneedling, facials, and chemical peels
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment aftercare
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all clinic policies




- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and IPAC compliance
- Assist with client photography and room turnover as needed
- Collaborate effectively with RN injectors and clinic leadership

Qualifications

- Certified Medical Aesthetician
- 2+ years experience in a clinical or spa environment offering the same or similar services
- 2+ years experience in microneedling and chemical peels
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team

Pay: Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses, retail incentives, ongoing education, and long-term growth within the clinic.
