Duties

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment
- Support staff by providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high levels of performance
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Manage guest services including check-in/check-out processes and special requests
- Oversee cash handling procedures accurately and securely during transactions
- Coordinate with team members to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies




- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Support promotional activities and special events to enhance guest engagement

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
