Skills and Responsibilities

SCCM and Intune Administration

- Vulnerability & Patch Management
- Drive vulnerability remediation efforts and reduce backlog.
- Improve patch compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risk-based remediation.
- Ensure vulnerability and patch management activities meet the standardsestablished by the Cyber Security team.
- Track remediation progress against CyberSecurity-defined measurementparameters, including severity,



risk rating, compliance targets, a ndremediation timelines.
- Validate patching outcomes against approved security baselines, vulnerabilitymanagement expectations, and operational compliance requirements.
- Partner with Cyber Security to review vulnerability trends, recurring gaps,overdue remediation items, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Maintain clear evidence of remediation progress, exception handling, riskacceptance, and compliance status for audit and governance purposes.
- Strengthen reporting to provide actionable visibility into patch compliance,vulnerability exposure, remediation aging, and SLA performance. Monitoring & Observability (On-Premises and Cloud)
- Assess and optimize monitoring and observability platforms across on-premises and cloud workloads
- Improve alert quality by reducing noise, tuning thresholds, and ensuring alertsare actionable and insight-driven
- Build and enhance operational dashboards to improve visibility intoinfrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity trends
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow to streamline.

Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr – 120,000 CAD/Yr..
