Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
- Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff
- Support food service operations by maintaining cleanliness of workstations and dining areas
- Help with inventory management by storing supplies properly and notifying management of stock needs
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Assist in setting up kitchen stations for meal service and breaking down stations after shifts




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow and excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist others as needed
- Basic cooking skills or experience with meal preparation are advantageous
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
- A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
