Insight Global seeks a Senior Service Representative to join their Wealth Management Estates team at one of Canada's Top Banks. This Individual needs to have 3+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of Estate accounts and processes. This ideal Individual will check and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will need to be aware of the risks and regulatory requirements and possess excellent customer service skills, as this individual will be working closely with business partners, advisors, and branches.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of relevant experience dealing with Estate accounts - Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business pertaining to Estate processes - Excellent customer service skills are essential - PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Previous experience using the ADP Broadridge application
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Previously worked with Private wealth or BMO Private Wealth -Experience with registered plans (RSP/RIF/TFSA)
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
