Blueforce Logistics is currently seeking an experienced Site Project Coordinator with a strong electrical background to support a long-term industrial installation project in Brampton.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience coordinating electrical installation activities, managing site operations, and working alongside contractors, customers, and project management teams.

Position: Site Project Coordinator
Location: Brampton, ON
Start Date: Monday, July 20, 2026
Project Duration: 3.5 - 4.5 months.
Hours: Approximately 60 hours per week
Pay: (based on experience)
Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable regulations
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Act as the primary liaison between project management, field crews, subcontractors, and the customer.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, and project milestones.
- Support electrical installation activities and troubleshoot field issues as required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site procedures.
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
- Identify potential delays or issues and assist in developing solutions.
- Participate in site meetings and communicate project updates effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong electrical background (Industrial, Commercial, or Material Handling preferred).
- Previous experience as a Site Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Project Coordinator.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced industrial environment.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Conveyor systems
- Material handling equipment
- Industrial automation
- Distribution centres
- Amazon or large warehouse projects
- Mechanical and electrical installations
