Experience:

- Carpentry: 5+ years (Required)

Job Description/Requirements

- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, measuring tapes etc.)
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Able to work with others in a team
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build foundations,



install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware

Terms

· Wage is based on Carpenters Local Agreement

· Job Location: Various Locations across Prince Edward Island

· Successful employee will be required to sign up with the applicable unions prior to commencing work, with work starting ASAP
