Levert is seeking an experienced Drill Operators to join our team in Northern Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating production drilling equipment in an open pit mining environment while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and equipment care.

This is a camp based rotational position. With one of Canada's Largest Gold Mines

Job Requirements

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining production drilling equipment in an open pit mining environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is considered an asset





Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate production drills such as Pit Viper 271, D65 SmartRoc, and DM45 in accordance with company procedures
- Perform daily pre-start and post-operational inspections, ensuring proper documentation
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, including OHSA regulations
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members using site communication systems
- Follow established practices to ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are met
Support operations by operating haul trucks (777, 795, 798) when drills are not in use
