Ratana is a leading designer and wholesaler of outdoor furniture, serving retailers and hospitality clients across North America.

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and coordinating with different departments to keep operations running smoothly.

You will be part of a small, collaborative team supporting our customers, sales team, and production department. If you enjoy problem solving and communication, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer and sales inquiries by phone and email in a timely and qualified manner
- Provide updates on orders, production timelines, shipping arrangements, and product information
- Enter and manage new orders, revisions, and cancellations accurately
- Maintain organized customer files and records
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and sales teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues
- Assist customers with questions and troubleshoot concerns
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on outstanding requests
- Stay informed on product details to provide accurate information




- Participate in cross-training and process improvements within the team

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of customer service, sales support, or order coordination experience preferred

(Training available for the right candidate)

- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Cantonese or Mandarin is highly valued, as this role works closely with our production team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable handling multiple requests at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
