Gaucho Brazilian BBQ is looking for an experienced Grill Cook with a passion for Brazilian barbecue to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill a variety of meats to company standards.
- Cook Brazilian BBQ (Churrasco) using proper grilling techniques.
- Monitor meat temperatures and ensure consistent quality.
- Assist with meat preparation, seasoning, marinating, and portioning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
- Assist with inventory and prep as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of grill cooking experience.
- Experience with Brazilian BBQ (Churrasco) is required.
- Knowledge of different beef, pork, chicken,
and lamb cuts.
- Ability to cook meats to various levels of doneness.
- Strong knife skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
