We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives.
Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, confident in communication, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Process data entry accurately for customer orders and records.
- Provide multilingual support, including English and Spanish, to accommodate diverse clientele.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.
