Join our team as Calgary Shop Manager—an excellent prospect for an experienced or up and coming fleet repair and maintenance leader to make an impact, support operational excellence, and lead a skilled shop team.

Our shop is open 7 days a week, so while this is generally a Monday to Friday role on site, at times, the Shop Manager will need to be onsite outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising and supporting employees. Scheduling work, approving holidays, monitor staffing levels.
- Control and manage workflow in the shop.
- Manage standard repair times, prioritize required repairs, and oversee work quality.
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating any equipment needed in the shop with Operations.
- Participating in employee relations, such as dispute resolution, discipline,



and communications in conjunction with leadership and human resources.
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician or experience to supplement.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and relevant skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a service driven mindset.
