- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in tracking and managing sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring up-to-date contact information and sales records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
