Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Line Cook (Grill). This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with a focus on serving customers and preparing high-quality meals. Candidates should be committed to food safety standards and providing excellent food service to our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
- Perform other kitchen duties as required such as but not limited to food preparation (chopping, skewing, etc)




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper knife skills and equipment upkeep
- Support food service operations by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests or team members
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and high-quality presentation
- Follow food industry best practices for food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
- Clean the station, dishwashing etc

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service environments preferred
- Robust culinary experience with a focus on grilling, cooking, and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods
- Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
