Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee activity across the facility and detect any suspicious behavior or security breaches
- Control access to the premises by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards or security risks
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by following established protocols
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting findings accordingly




- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor entries/exits
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) operation and monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices in security management
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism
- Strong observational skills with an eye for detail in identifying unusual activity or potential threats
