Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscape maintenance, a strong understanding of lawn & plant care, and the ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, aerators, power rakes, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain commercial and residential landscapes by mowing lawns, cleaning up leaves and debris, aerating, power raking, weed control, etc.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with the planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Perform routine maintenance on landscape equipment
- Operate machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, aerators, power rakes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

- At least 1 year experience with landscape maintenance or construction




- Must be able to carry 25 -80lbs and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to get to and from work reliably (punctual)
- Can lead a crew for short periods of time when needed
- Responsible for ensuring quality of work and high attention to detail
- Ability to work long shifts when needed
- Basic knowledge of the landscaping industry/horticulture

Salary: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
