Open Positions
Mathematics Educator: Inspire learners from foundational number sense through advanced calculus. Teach problem-solving, build mathematical confidence, and make abstract concepts concrete for students in Grades 3–12.
Science Educator: Engage students across general science, biology, chemistry, and integrated STEM. Help them develop scientific inquiry skills and genuine curiosity about the natural world—from elementary through senior high.
Dual STEM Specialist: Strong in both math and science? We're looking for educators who can teach either or both subjects, offering maximum scheduling flexibility.
Your Day-to-Day
- Differentiated Instruction: Plan and deliver lessons tailored to student needs, moving seamlessly across elementary foundations and secondary advanced content
- Individualized Attention: Work with small groups or one-on-one, giving students the personalized feedback that drives real improvement
- Growth-Oriented Teaching: Foster resilience and curiosity—help students see themselves as capable mathematicians and scientists
- Digital Integration: Blend our modern classroom tools and platforms with in-person engagement to create rich learning experiences
- Progress Monitoring:
Use consistent assessment practices to track advancement and communicate meaningful feedback
We Need Educators With:
- Subject-Matter Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Biology, Chemistry, Science Education, Engineering, or related STEM field
- Multi-Level Teaching Experience: Proven record instructing students across Grade 3 through Grade 12
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong grasp of Ontario Curriculum standards in your subject area(s)
- Tech Comfort: Willing to integrate digital tools into in-person lessons
- Scheduling Flexibility: Able to commit to a consistent 4+ hours per week on a predictable schedule
For Mathematics Specialists: Proficiency spanning elementary numeracy through secondary calculus and advanced functions.
For Science Specialists: Competence in general science (elementary level) plus strength in either Biology (SBI3U/SBI4U), Chemistry (SCH3U/SCH4U), or both advanced science courses.
