Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Site Superintendent to join our team in Edmonton and area. This role is vital in supporting project execution, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols at our construction sites in the local area.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Superintendent in managing daily construction activities.
- Coordinate with senior site superintendent and project team to ensure timely progress.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce safety regulations on-site.
- Oversee quality control measures to meet project specifications.
- Support warranty calls/appointments and repair minor outstanding trade deficiencies as needed.
- Support on site cleaning and maintain clear visual of signage.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction trade or site management.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks daily.
- Essential knowledge of blueprint reading, minor scope of trades.
- Ability to manage communication with trades/home buyers and ensure quality control.
- Robust communication skills and attention to detail.
