What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, in office awareness, and proven experience coordinating with trades in the commercial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Evaluation & Pricing

- Conduct site reviews to assess existing site conditions, constraints, and project requirements for commercial TI projects.
- Prepare initial HLB (High-Level Budget) pricing for new opportunities.
- Perform ongoing BP (Budget Pricing) check-ins to ensure estimates reflect current market pricing and scope changes.

Trade Relationships & Coordination

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with trades and suppliers.
- Request trade site walk-throughs and detailed pricing for specific scopes when required.
- Lead the tender process, including coordinated site reviews with all applicable trades.

Financial Accuracy & Margin Management





- Understand internal margin requirements and proactively identify opportunities to maintain or recover lost profits.
- Review all estimates for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company financial targets.

Project Kickoff & Documentation

- Lead project kickoff meetings with trades and assist in creating PMS (Project Management System) schedules.
- Support the issuance of purchase orders (POs) and ensure documentation aligns with awarded scopes and project requirements.

Technology & Systems

- Provide Procore training and support for project teams; oversee Procore job setup.
- Ensure all estimating, tender, and kickoff-related documentation is properly tracked in Procore.

Construction Support & Advisory

- Work closely with Project Managers to review construction schedules, identify risks, and flag inconsistencies.
- Provide ongoing advisory support regarding delays, site challenges, and scope deviations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of estimating experience in construction, preferably tenant improvement.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and trade scopes.
- Proficiency with Procore
- Excellent ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with trades and clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple estimates at once.
