We are looking for a motivated and organized Appliance Parts Specialist to join our growing service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look up parts for all major domestic appliances
- Handle shipping and receiving of appliance parts
- Provide counter parts sales and customer support
- Triage and order parts for service calls for our 16 technicians
- Manage parts ordering, returns, and inventory control

Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Above-average phone skills required
- Experience in the appliance industry is an asset
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
