Overview
We’re growing and looking for a dependable, experienced Working Foreman—or an established crew—to join our expanding team. If you’re reliable, honest, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Lead and execute medium to large-scale landscape construction projects, including:

o Interlock (patios, walkways, driveways)

o Retaining walls and steps

o Grading and base preparation

o Concrete and asphalt repairs

o Softscaping and general landscaping services

- Manage job site safety, quality, and productivity
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily crew activities
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles (inspections, cleaning, basic upkeep)
- Complete daily reports and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape construction and interlock installation
- Proven experience installing retaining walls, steps, patios, walkways, and working with concrete/asphalt
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience operating heavy equipment (mini excavator,



skid steer)
- Strong background in grading, sod/seed installation, and softscaping
- Deck building and woodworking experience is an asset
- Proficient with landscaping tools and equipment (brick saws, plate compactors, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (5-year abstract required)
- Experience managing crews and running job sites from start to finish
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
