We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product set-up Administrator to assist in the setup and administration of product information across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to gather accurate product specifications, pricing, and descriptions. The ideal candidate will ensure data consistency, perform quality checks, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Create sku’s for new products in ERP System and maintain product data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product specifications, pricing, and descriptions to create product listings.
- Reach out to suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date product data, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of required information.
- Maintain product records, pricing, and images.
- Maintain product categorization and organization, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient database.
- Monitor the quality of data across multiple systems and troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Support in generating reports and tracking metrics related to product setup and creation.
- Actively seek ways to streamline product setup processes,
identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in data or product administration, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems, or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and pricing structures, an asset.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
