Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety guidelines
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in the food industry
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
