We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lachine, QC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and French.

- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Regular Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Hybrid work environment:
- Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Remote: Monday & Friday (following successful training)
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Process Accounts Payable transactions and invoices
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with account reconciliations and administrative tasks
- Work within ERP systems to manage financial data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – required
- 2–3 years of accounting or Accounts Payable experience, or a DEC in Accounting/Business
- Previous data entry experience is required
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
