Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their travel desires, budgets, and special requirements
- Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed itineraries and travel documentation to clients for smooth trip execution
- Offer expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, health precautions, and local customs




- Assist clients with modifications or cancellations to their bookings as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to enhance client options

Skills

- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel sector
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly
- Hotel experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and client preferences simultaneously
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced workplace
- Proficiency in booking software systems and Microsoft Office applications
