About the RoleAs Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, working closely with our sales and management teams to drive showroom traffic, build brand awareness, and support promotional campaigns. This role offers the chance to manage a dealership's full marketing function with real ownership and room to grow - whether you're early in your marketing career or bringing a few years of experience.
Salary$38,000 – $52,000 per year (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising
- Manage the dealership's website content and online listings
- Coordinate traditional advertising (print, radio, local sponsorships, signage)
- Organize and promote in-store events, test-drive days, and promotions
- Liaise with external agencies, printers, and media partners as needed
- Track campaign performance and report on marketing ROI
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to align marketing with business goals
- Manage social media accounts and respond to customer engagement online
- Assist with budget tracking for marketing spend
- Manage day-to-day IT needs, including Google Workspace administration (email accounts, permissions, shared drives) and general troubleshooting of office tech issues as they come up
About You
- 1–2 years' experience in a marketing role (automotive industry experience a plus but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for business
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) desirable
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Comfortable with basic IT tasks - managing Google Workspace/email accounts and troubleshooting everyday tech issues; no formal IT background required, just a knack for figuring things out
