Job Statement:

The position is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of a project including, but not limited to, scope, execution, and budget, quality and timing. This role requires strong project management skills,



a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion using the End to End Commercialization process.
- Lead customer trials and plan start up productions for commercialization projects ensuring “Right First Time” execution. Start times and shifts may vary to support the customer needs. This may include early start times to support project start-ups.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including kick-off meetings, project meetings, risk assessments, lessons learned, post-launch reviews, and other necessary meetings.
- Manage budgets, risks and detailed timelines throughout the project lifecycle while monitoring project progress and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Production and Supply Chain to ensure project objectives are met and ensure accountability.
- Execute PMO guidelines, methodologies and framework during project execution.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Job Specifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required
- 5-8 years of Project Management or related experience




- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects launches.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience seeing projects through full life cycle.
- A highly-motivated, self-starter capable of leading multiple projects.
- Ability to interact well with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to solve problems in a creative and effective manner.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
