What You’ll Do:
Create Opportunities (Not Just Take Orders)• Call and follow up with:

- • Existing TELUS customers
- Renewal and upgrade opportunities
- Internet-eligible households
- Previous quotes and missed opportunities
- Track your activity and results

Win In-Store• Greet customers with confidence and energy

- Understand their needs and recommend complete solutions
- Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
- Take control of the sale from start to finish

Maximize Every Sale• Introduce TELUS Internet where it fits

- Present accessories and protection every time
- Deliver more value for the customer — and more commission for you

Compensation:

- Base wage + uncapped commission
- Earn on:
- • Activations & renewals
- TELUS Internet (priority focus)
- Accessories & protection

Typical monthly commission: $1,000 – $2,500+
Typical earnings: $50,000 – $65,000
Top performers: $70,000 – $80,000+

- You have telecom sales experience or proven success in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
- You’re comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone
- You understand that sales = conversations + follow-up
- You want to earn based on performance
- You’re coachable, competitive, and bring good energy to the team
- You take ownership of your results
