Sanjo Sushi is looking for a reliable Kitchen Cook to join our team. We run a clean, organized kitchen and take quality seriously.

What you'll be doing:
- Hot food prep (teriyaki, tempura, soups, sides)
- Mise en place and station prep
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
What we need:
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience at a sushi restaurant (required)
- Food Safe Level 1 (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable, able to work evenings and weekends
- Eligible to work in Canada
