Golden Arrow Group of Companies are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate and manage scheduled maintenance and shutdown for CNRL. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing production support. The start date for this position is on or before August 8, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with client on service requests
- Collect and interpret contractor requirements into master vehicle schedule
- Create efficient driver bus day
- Schedule requirements, assigning driver and bus
- Coordinate all last minute client requests
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of Hours-of-Service regulations, both Federal and Provincial.
- Familiarity with industrial work sites and their requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in scheduling or logistics, preferably in an industrial or transportation setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within the industrial sector is an asset.
Additional Information:
- Shift rotation: 14 on - 7 off;
- 8 hour shifts;
- Camp accommodation provided if out of Fort McMurray
