Mammography Technologist
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and quality-driven Mammography Technologist to join our team. This role is available as full-time, part-time, or casual relief. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care while performing high-quality mammography procedures in a fast-paced and supportive clinical environment.
Additional modality experience, such as General X-Ray or Bone Mineral Density (BMD), is considered an asset and may be reflected in compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography examinations while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and high-quality imaging standards.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care throughout the imaging process.
- Operate imaging equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Radiologists and healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
- Follow established protocols, quality assurance standards, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Radiography program with specialized training in Mammography.
- Current registration and positive standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO), with authorization to practice in Mammography.
- Knowledge, skills, and judgment consistent with professional standards and scope of practice.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Compensation
Pay Range: $37.42 - $41.38 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
