Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, high-end wellness and leisure center that integrates dining, wellness services, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, and RMT registered massage treatments. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health and relaxation experience for our guests. The club spans approximately 60,000 square feet with fully equipped facilities and a serene, comfortable workplace—an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are currently seeking an experienced Lobby Server & Lifeguard/Operator to join our growing team. The specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the lobby is a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests

· Assist with the daily operations of the front desk and lobby service team to ensure a smooth and orderly customer reception process

· Facilitate customer check-in/out, locker assignments, and queuing systems to ensure process efficiency and enhance the customer experience

· Promptly address customer requests and unexpected incidents in a professional manner to maintain high customer satisfaction

· Highly attuned to the safety of all visitors and staff members in the lobby,



change rooms, hot tubs, saunas (if you are well-equipped with First Aid knowledge and skills)

· Provide service to customers in the outdoor area (an area at one side of the building designated for outdoor barbecue)

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 2 years of serving experience in the service industry, preferably in bathhouses, hotels, clubs, or fitness centers

· Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus)

· Valid national lifeguard pool or operator certification is a huge asset

· Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication, teamwork, and sales skills

· Familiarity with front desk operations, addressing customer requests, and handling of unexpected events

· Proficient in basic office software

· Able to work adaptable shifts, including weekends, night-shifts and holidays
