Salary Range: $38 - $43 per hour, depending on qualifications and previous work experience

As we grow, we’re looking for forward-thinking professionals to help us push boundaries and deliver projects that matter. We are currently hiring a Licensed 309A Electrician to join our solar installation team based in Kitchener, ON.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll work closely with our Electrical Construction Team to execute high-quality electrical installations across the ICI and Commercial sectors. Responsibilities include:

- Installing solar PV systems, including inverters, transformers, disconnects, splitters, etc.
- Installing EV Charging systems-residential and commercial, level 2 and 3
- Commissioning and configuring control and monitoring systems
- Performing field inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Supervising and mentoring apprentices




- Upholding VCT Group’s standards for quality, safety, and customer service

WHAT YOU BRING

- 309A or 442A Electrician License
- Minimum 3 years post-licensing experience
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Competence with digital tools: databases, Microsoft, MS Office, CRM/project software
- Valid G-class license with clean abstract

BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

- Experience with solar PV, EV chargers, and energy storage systems
- Familiarity with IP networking, Wi-Fi, and data communications
- Experience in both residential and commercial/industrial installations
- Certifications: Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, Forklift
