Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Tea Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage preparation. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality tea beverages, providing exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean and organized work workplace. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers with menu selections and inquiries
- Handle food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and presentation of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Ensure timely service during busy periods by managing multiple orders efficiently




- Uphold food safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service background preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food industry or serving is advantageous but not required
- Knowing Chinese are an extra points
