Compensation: $75,000 - 90,000 base + performance bonus + commission + car allowance + fuel + benefits

With a large team and solid market momentum, the company is modernizing its sales structure and investing in experienced outside sales talent to accelerate growth across strategic territories.

Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow the Gatineau/Ottawa market. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an under-penetrated territory, manage an existing book of business, and aggressively expand revenue within the residential and commercial contractor segment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and grow contractor and builder relationships across the territory
- Conduct on-site measurements/take-offs and validate quantities for project estimates
- Work closely with inside sales to ensure accurate and timely quotes/submissions




- Prospect and convert new business opportunities in a competitive, price-sensitive market
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to CRM adoption and reporting

What You Bring

- Bilingual French/English – required
- Experience selling building materials to contractors/builders (examples: millwork, kitchen, flooring, interior finishing, plumbing, or similar product lines)
- Strong ability to read plans, measure job sites, perform take-offs
- CRM-friendly and comfortable working with technology (tech savvy)
- Competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated to hunt and win new accounts
