We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions and safety protocols
- Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while respecting dietary restrictions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected environment
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent injury
- Monitor clients’ health status,



report changes promptly, and document care provided in detail

Requirements

- Prior experience in retirement
- Demonstrated experience caring for seniors
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to perform light cleaning
- Valid certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; relevant caregiving experience can be considered
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
