At Advance Mortgages, we provide warm inbound leads daily, a hands-on fulfillment team, and weekly coaching so you can focus on what matters: closing funded deals and scaling your income.

What You’ll Do

- Work warm inbound leads + follow up daily (inside sales)
- Run client consultations, qualify, and recommend financing solutions
- Present options across prime, alternative, and private lending (as suitable)
- Move files from intake → submission → funding with support from our internal team
- Keep pipeline notes and follow-ups organized inside our workflow/CRM

Our 6-Figure Framework (Leads + Coaching + Fulfillment + Performance Pay)

We give you a repeatable system designed to help agents build consistent production:

- Warm inbound lead flow (marketing-driven)
- Sales scripting + objection handling support




- Weekly coaching + performance accountability
- Deal structuring support across multiple lending tiers
- Fulfillment support (docs, conditions, lender coordination, compliance support)

Base Pay Unlock (Consistency Reward)

When you hit 3 funded deals per month, you unlock base pay on top of commissions.
Your base pay increases at 4 deals/month, and continues to scale with funded volume.

Performance-based compensation. Earnings vary by individual performance, skill, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

- ✅ FSRA Licensed Mortgage Agent (required)
- ✅ Robust communicator (phone confidence is key)
- ✅ Coachable, accountable, and sales-driven
- ✅ Able to work in-office, full-time (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM)

Compensation

- 100% Commission + Bonuses
- Base pay unlocks at 3 funded deals/month and scales upward
